Do you offer free shipping?

• We do offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $200

What countries do you ship to?

• Currently we only ship within North America (Canada & USA)

Shipping to The U.S.

• Please note that the buyer may be responsible to pay duty upon entry into the United States

What Shipping options are available?

• We offer several Canada Post shipping options: Expedited, Express Post and Priority. This ensures that your package is covered by insurance
• For USA orders, we ship through Canada Post which is handled by USPS once it reaches the states

What is the shelf life of your products?

• Natural products have a shorter shelf life than those containing chemicals, therefore our products only have a 6 to 12 month shelf life. This depends on the type of product

Are your products gluten and nut free?

• We cannot guarantee that our products contain no traces of nuts or gluten

Are your products Vegan? 

• We do offer a lot of products that are vegan.
